I came across a 3160A deck in pretty good shape that I would like to attach to my cub. Has anyone done this? Looking for some advice on how/what I need to do to attach. TIA
Jeff

Re: 3160A On Cub
a 3160 is normally on like a 154 model, the deck is the same as a C3 mower that a cup uses but the brackets are shorter so the deck may hit the tires

There are significant differences in the mounting - especially for the rear idler pulleys. I think the cub has a wider mounting pattern than the numbered series so some spacers might need to be fabricated.

Re: 3160A On Cub
Used 59 inch mowers specifically designed to mount on a Cub are readily available. Probably less expensive than the 3160 by the time you make or have made the necessary modifications.
