Big Joe

Postby cowboy » Sat Jan 05, 2008 1:47 pm

This is a cool toy for the shop :D Big Joe :!: My brother got it from his work. It has a 1000 lbs of lift with forks or it has a platform wher you can lift somthing up and work on it at a comfortable level. I just lifted up the back of the cub and put the tire chaines on 8) A lot easyier than driving the tractor over the chains and trying to get them lifted over and around  I can think of a lot of things I can do in the garage with it. Rick you need one :!:

This is a 20 hp changfa diesel generator set I built and my brother (in the picture) finished up. That we took to the farm last week. It ran 24 hrs a day at 975 rpm gave us all our power for the trailer and block heater for the truck on 4 gal of diesel fuel a day :!: It weighs just over a 1000lbs and we lifted to wher it was easy to work on. Then turned it around and loaded on the back of the F-250 :D Our little kub-ota front end loader could not pick it up

Will we get to meet him too next week end? With all the cooperation between every one in your family it seems to make life easy.

Hi Jeff thanks every time I turn around I find another job I can do with it. :!:

Thanks Kyle. I am looking forward to meeting you next weekend :D

Houdy Bill. Tommy would like to make it but he is working six days a week right now. Its funny we did not get along at all when we were kids. Didn't fight at all. Just never talked or did anything together. Now we are like best friends

Rick you need one
Looks like a useful addition to your shop, Billy. You've been in mine, where would I put it  . I have to set my chairs outside now, just to have room to walk. Now with the woodstove going, and the wood crate inside, I have even less room.

Sounds like you're getting the place upNorth fixed up Great. Can't wait to visit you up there.

See you and Dad at George's,

Rick
