Ugly, but working, Cub Contest 2004 Championship!
It has been a great battle to get to our two finalist. Now it is time for the grand championship for 2004!
In the left corner, standing tall and rusty is a perennial favorite with the fans, Scruffy!
In the right corner, standing lean and mean (missing a few metal componets) is the new kid on the block, Timex.
This will determine our UGLIEST Cub for 2004 and may wear the crown proudly at all events and maintain a special place of honor in our gallery of Ugly Cubs.
In no partictular order, here they are:
#1 Timex
#2 Scruffy
Vote now, vote often but most of all, VOTE!
This vote will run for 15 days!

How do I say this
Scruffy is UGLY
But, he has this j'ai ne c'est quoi about him that actually makes him look good
Now, I still say Timex has to be the ugliest, most forlorn, beaten up, mistreated critter that ever called itself a Cub.....
Sorry Scruffy -- you don't qualify any more there is a new kid on the block

HI ALL
My vote goes to #1 Timex. I thought my 61 looked bad after looking at all the beautiful restorations and fancy paint jobs I have seen on here for the last 2 and a half years, but mine also runs and does not look 1/10 th as bad as those (no offense). I wish I had half of Mr. Willer's talent, because I know what he can make scruffy look like and run like. One day I clicked on one of his posts and my computer started up and sounded like a well tuned cub. PAUL K. in N.H.
