I bought a pair of cultivator shields at auction sat. and need help identifying them i have sent pictures to bigdog hopefully he will post them for me they are NOS withthe IH tag #469 699 R91D they are about the same as the cub shields but have a 5/8 square 8in long piece welded on the bracket i am assuming this would go into another bracket of some sort just fishing trying to figure out what i have.

There were some variations of these shields: shield 24 vs. 26 inches long and upper square part 8 3/8 vs. 6 7/8 inches long. These depended on what year they were made and the part number you have would only apply to one combinatino of the sizes.
This style was used on several cultivators for the larger tractors:
34-261, 34-461, 261, 461,
263, 263A,
266, 466, 266A, 466A,
463,
4-661,
465A,
663,
865,
200,
669,
268, 468.
Possibly others.
