Painting Wheels
When I get to the point of painting the tractor, what is the best way to paint the wheels? With the rubber on, or off. I will be installing new tires. Thanks

If you are installing new tires, why not paint the rims while the tires are off....would prevent unsightly overspay on your new tires. I always remove the rubber before painting. It will give you a good opportunity to clean the rust off the inside as well.
