Compared to Andrew and Rick's adventure with the cultivator, this is quite tame. But I did have a lot of fun in the dirt getting the garden prepared.
And I have a healthy respect for the post about covering 2 acres in an 8 hour day. Took me about an hour to break the area in the picture.

Looks like fun, we could still make mud pies here. And about an hour ago, it was a blizzard outside. I have not seen it snow like that all winter.

Looks like the fun that it is Roy. I always enjoy getting on the Cub to plow in the dirt and nothing smells quite like fresh plowed soil. It's just a bit wet here right now, but should dry up in the next day or two so that I can begin to play again. Have irish potatoes coming up already! Got to get some more stuff in the ground.

Mr. E, that looks like great fun. Just finished putting together a fast hitch and got it installed last weekend. Do you pin the draw bar or just let it slide back & forth?
Several members of our tractor club went to a plow day over in Ray City, near Valdosta, GA. last Saturday and we got to plow up a five acre field. There were about 300 people there & that was the most turned-up field I ever saw. It was interesting to see the different setups.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the interest and all the kind remarks. Now a few responses:
Ron - I am at work at the moment. Will post more pics tonight. By the way, this is #2 for me!! Just picked it up a over the weekend.
Billy - The plowed patch to the right is mine. I have it rented out to a farmer for peanuts. It is about 17 acres. Too big for me to garden.
bald - The plow is attached to a fast hitch and is pinned all the way to the right.
Now a question for the gurus. The plow is pinned to the right, but the front of the fast hitch is still in the center. Plows great. Should I have moved the front of the hitch over to the right as well?
Roy
