Farmall "B" tires = Cub Tires?

Postby CPIII » Fri Oct 29, 2010 7:24 am

Will the rear rims from a "B" or "A" fit on a cub? I know the sizes are a bit different 9x24 as opposed to 8.3x24 but I have found a deal on a set of "B" tires and rims and need to know if they will fit. Looks like they would but just thought I would ask to make sure.....

So I guess I can put the 9X24's on my cub rims and that should work ok?

I almost did that, great pair of Good Years from an A for $150. But paid towards some utilities bills instead.

Yes, I have 9.5's on mine.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

This 55 cub is sitting on 11/2X24" Goodyears and rims from a Farmall A. All I had to do was some miner filing on the cub centers to get them to mate to the wider A rims.

WOW... That must be a pretty quick little Cub there with those 11.2 x 24 tires!!! I'd like to see that up close and personal!
