Know this is an old topic, but of you can start the seal into the retainer, an old empty spray paint can is the perfect driver for this seal, just make sure the pressure is out of the can first, lol. Just got done doing this

My question is, how do you Dissamemble the final, that is remove the bearings without destroying them?

It's been a while since I did one but I think you can take a long drift and tap the bearing race out from the back side. Just work back and forth on two or three spots on the lip tapping lightly.
