Well, went out to take a photo, and I don't have that part either. On mine, the chain just goes through the pin (9). Sorry!!
So, make that two of us that need a pic and dimensions of the hook.

It's pretty close. The one in question has a loop on one end, and the chain hook on the other. I could probably make one pretty quick next time I'm up at Bobs. I've got a jig made for the 193 and 152 plow hooks, just need a torch and don't have one at my place.

I've got another No16 Middlebuster in Florida. I'll be there for the Labor Day weekend and I'll see if that one has the original hook.
