Seat pan

Ok I am in need of some info on a seat pan for my 49 cub.It has a steel pan on it with a bunch of holes in it,I figured it was a replacement my grandfather out on,butchered are 3 exactly the same on EBay,did they make one like this?

Sorry spell check took over, suppose to say my grandfather put on, but there are 3 on EBay just like it.
