Is it possible to change the PTO shaft seal without removing the retainer assembly?

THANKS!! P.Womble

Yes it's possible but much easier with it removed. That hard part is getting to old one out. I won't bother to do it again.

Auto parts sotres sell a sela puller (flat bar with a hook) that you can use to pull a sela without removing a shaft. A lsie hammer like is used on body work also works well. drill holes in metal part of sela and screw puller in.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
