Hey Dave, front u-joint is new, well maybe it has 15 minutes of run time. In fact the whole front half of the PTO shaft is new, because the one that came with it was bent.
I don't think you can get them out of phase because the section is rectangular, not square.
Height adjustment should be easy. I freed up those bolts for you

Success....Read somewhere not to float a lo boy but I did and it works great...I did have to put a stabilizing bar on it...Thanks again everyone...Dave
