Gilson field cultivator pics

Here are some pics of my Gilson field cultivator I restored. It works very well with the wider sweeps and new guage wheels. I pull my harrow behind it and makes a nice seed bed.

Its a pretty hefty little setup. It plows up a good seed bed even in weedy ground. I can change the shovels in the fall to chisel shanks and use it as a chisel plow. Best part is I got it free, just new hardware, sweeps, guage wheels and primer and paint.

That's a great price!!

I bought my first CCC 782 last year. The mower deck is in rough shape, so will be looking to replace it with one in better condition. I don't have the lift on the rear of mine; seems that comes in handy for garden work.

Looks like all you need is some warmer weather!! :D

I cant wait till spring. I bought my rockshaft and lift arm off ebay a couple years ago, they can be pricey but well worth it when you start playing in dirt. I really like this setup, maybe I can post a pic of it with my harrow behind it.
