Some Historical Photos

Postby FarmallAddict » Fri Jul 29, 2022 2:15 pm

These photos are a bit jumbled. But included is my dad and a couple cousins riding in a wagon being pulled by a 1947 Allis G, another with another cousin standing on the seat (one of my favorites), my grandfather and nephew sitting on the G, and my grandfather using the 1947 Cub with a homemade blade to create a driveway for a new greenhouse/nursery. We don't have the G anymore but the Cub was fully restored a few years back. I included the Cub as it is now to show the full circle. Notice the phone number for their flower shop was number '9' on the side of the delivery vehicle in the background of the bottom photo. Those were simpler and better times.

I realize this is the non Cub photo forum but I had a mix so wasn't sure where to post them.
