Nice little rig. Not sure you can fix the side skittering...it is probably several hundred pounds less than a cub

The literature seems to be weak on all the basic dimensions. TractorData says it weighs 1521 pounds.

My plow Kubota has the big turf tires (like a 184) so it wears chains all winter. I’ve never had issue with the front being shoved around but I suspect mine is a little heavier. I think having the front wheels pulling helps a lot too.
