WOOOOOOOO PIG SOOIE!!!!

Postby Benjaminforester » Wed May 08, 2024 10:49 pm

Hello from southwest Arkansas! I fell off into the deep end a few years ago when I decided to fix up the old F20 from the family farm. Shes running great now, and I’ve gotten pretty brave with my tinkering efforts.

I’m ready to tackle the F14. I’ve got it running with gravity-fed fuel; but the pump needs work. I pulled it today, and the diaphragm is (no surprise) junk. I’ve seen many recommendations for Rice Equipment. I’ve no experience with them, and was hoping someone could give credit to this kit, or at least, their products:

https://www.riceequipmentinc.com/store/ ... -p134.html

The price isn’t as important as the quality. I just want to get her running for the occasion lap around the property.

Any tips for this old beauty would be appreciated and treasured. I don’t know much about it, and I’m pretty sure she hasn’t run in over 20 years.

Any other F-series friends in the southeast region? I don’t see many in the local clubs.

I haven't ordered anything from Rice. He is a reputable source. Steiner also has a kit. They show 2 different ones with a serial number break. The one at Rice looks like the late version from Steiner. Since you have an F-14 the late one is probably right, but you may want to verify before ordering. When you start looking for F-14 fuel pumps, there are not a lot of options.
