Greetings from Pennsylvania
Hello, My Name is Scott and I am a new member and proud owner of 1988 Cub cadet 1811. I have had it a year now and have seen a lot. From the check valves coming un seated in my fuel pump allowing unvented tank pressure to fill my engines crankcase …..twice before I knew my new china gas cap didn't have venting. lolol Had I driven it the day I put the new gas cap on I may have found out sooner. The old girl has under 800Hrs on its meter and when I tore it down to replace a valve guide and lapping it really didn't look bad inside at all. When I bought it last year it needed a new ignition module otherwise you could run it just couldn't shut it off and then re start it. lol So its been a typical tractor, teaching me how she runs. Hope I get to chat with everyone from time to time. And hey1 whats up with the price of 6.50-8 three rib tires?????? lolol my oh my. S. Perkins

Scott, welcome to the forum. If interested, I probably have a 1988 brochure on the 1811. It's too big to place here, but if you pm me your email, I can send it to you. I also have the brochure from 1989, which also includes the 1811.
