That is not a Super A serial number. The first (and lowest) Super A serial number was 250001. Your number belongs to a 1946 Farmall A. Does the tractor have a Touch-Control hydraulic system? Post a picture (when you have enough posts) and we will help sort it out.

So is this just a A with the cover saying super A, it has some kind of hydraulic pump on the front but it looks homemade but it still works

It's an A with Super A decals. Somebody fabricated the hydraulic stuff.

Yeah, it is an A. The hydraulic stuff was thrown together to replace the pneumatic lift it stated with. The Super A decals were put on after it was repainted.

That is the control valve from the original pneumatic lift. It operated by exhaust pressure. There is/was a pressure valve on top of the exhaust manifold. There is a pipe from the pressure valve to the control valve (barely visible in your picture). The hose out of the control valve went to the lift cylinder, which has been replaced by the hydraulic cylinder on your tractor.

Is there a way to check the engine and see if it matches the same year as the serial number??

The engine number is stamped on a machined boss on the forward right side of the block, roughly below the #1 spark plug. It may be obscured by the governor control rod. On that tractor, it should be the same as the serial number.

Re: I can't identify the year my tractor is
The tractor was made in Chicago. The serial number on the block will match that under the seat. The last year the A's were made in Chicago was 1947. After that the practice of matching the serial numbers seat support and block ceased.
Your tractor was made in 1946.
Here's a reference source.

Incidentally I own 2 from the same year.
