What Size PTO Pulley is Used?

Postby AL Farmall Boy » Fri May 18, 2018 4:16 pm

Farmall 100 Tractor with 1 point fast hitch
Woods 42 inch cut Belly Mower (idler pulleys, one in front of the other)
I do not have the PTO pulley with the mower and am trying to configure it so it works.

1.) Does the mower require the PTO pulley be hooked to the 90 degree PTO gear box or the standard PTO shaft?
2.) What size PTO pulley is correct for this tractor?
3.) Can the 1 point fast hitch be installed with the mower installed, or shall it have to be removed?

Were you able to locate a pully for your PTO?

I see, my tractor has a Woods belly mower that is pretty roached out and is likely going to the scrap yard. The bracket to attach it to the tractor and the PTO pulley are still in good shape though.
