Kentucky raised Super A...

Drove down to Kentucky and brought home my first Farmall tractor...already ran her through my sweet corn field. Nickname she has is "critter" due to living in Crittendon KY all her life. Uhaul trailer was packed to the gills with all the good stuff....thanks Dave E. for schooling me for more than 6 hours on the finer points of theses tractors...you have quite the herd down there.

Now that you’ve logged your 2nd post on the Forum, you'll have access to the all the PDF Manuals on this site. There’s a few ways to do that:

• From a desktop or laptop, go to "Quick Links" in the upper left corner of your screen. Hit that and a pull-down appears where you'll find "PDF Manuals".
• You can also go to “Cub Info” in the upper toolbar, then hit “Rudi’s Manuals”. From there, you can access a variety of information.
• If you're using a phone, go to the "Links Directory" (second category down the main page). Once in "Links Directory" , scroll down to the second section "Tractor Parts & Manuals" and you'll find them there.

You'll be able to download an Owner's Manual (very strongly recommended for maintenance and understanding your Cub) and any service manuals that interest you. Implement Manuals are also available.

Take some pictures of your tractors and post them, we’d like to see them.

Remember:

• Pictures are limited to 500 KB file size. Use an image reducer app or program to downsize pics. Personally, I use the "Attachments" tab (see below) to upload pics. That way, they are tied to your thread and do not rely on an outside source.
• When you have a specific question, start a new thread in the appropriate sub-forum.
• Before posting, use the Preview button before hitting Submit--it'll show you exactly what your post will look like, including pictures.
• When adding your comments to a thread, be sure to look at the date of the last poster. If it’s more than a 6 months old, the posters are probably not going to see it. Consider starting a new thread.

We'd encourage you to post a new thread over in the Introduce Yourself forum and tell us a little more about yourself--give everyone a chance to give you a proper welcome.

Nice looking SA. I've never seen a red circle around the "Super A". Changes the look. I'm almost tempted to say that is for a white demo decals set.

Fun fact...The factory where the Super A was built was located on Crittenden Drive, in Louisville, Ky.

Cool, I wouldn't be surprised if that road actually goes to the town of Crittenden. At least here in the country, many roads names like old river Rd or town/city names were because they were at the time the only way to get from one town to another before highways were around.
