Re: Lights
What I see there is very repairable. Add some 12 volt bulbs and you'll be good to go.

Are new rubber rings available for those things?

Re: Lights
I want to save what I can of them. I have one that is bent at the base and fits together bad. All the rubber rings are dry rot and fell to pieces when I took the lens off.

I've gotten rubber rings, reflectors, glass and other parts from taylor equipment in sears MI, but these should just be standard parts, so I'm sure a lot of places carry them.
They are guide style lights.

Re: Lights
I agree with Big Dog, they'll clean up nice. Littel Brasso to the reflectors, Clean 'em up put some dielectric grease in the sockets, new lamps and new gaskets and you'll be good to go. 1156 taillight lamps will work for 12V and the new gaskets are about $5.00 a piece.

Re: Lights
This is the one I am worried about. It does not fit well together since it is bent up like it is.

Re: Lights
That tractor is wired by monkeys. It's a mess. I will be re wiring the entire rig. It is a mess and I can not believe anyone could wire that thing the way it is now. I will need to locate a new light switch too.

Heck that's farmer authentic, from what I've seen the typical farmer has a job to do, there is a wiring problem, they run a jumper get it going, tuck the wire in a bit so they don't snag it with their boot, and think they'll get around to fixing it properly when they get some free time. And then 20 years later...
