SC Throw-out Bearing and Carrier

Has anyone had to change the throw-out bearing and had to swap out to the new bearing and carrier? My graphite bearing is toast so I had to get the new "rotating" bearing and the new carrier from Steiner. But there are no flanges to hook the 2 springs on to? Also, the new carrier does not fit on the fork/yoke. Wondering if anyone here has experienced this because Steiner has not had this question about the springs or the yoke and did not have an answer. Their tech said to grind it down to fit the fork.

It is the same carrier and bearing I see offered at all the parts site so it isn't just Steiners.

The old is on the right
