I'm not an expert, but I would think so. Is it an IH cab, Year-A-Round, or something else?

I think there were some differences in the floorboards between cab and open station, get all that stuff. PTO linkage will be different. If you get all the parts and pieces it should bolt right on.

The underlying tractor is the same as far as external shape and where all the bolt holes are.

IIRC the battery trays were also different with the IH cab. The batteries were hung lower to provide more floor space. Most farmers just yanked the cab off and slapped on a set of fenders so the cab-specific platform and battery trays are likely still with the original tractor. If you can get these parts, you'll be set. If not, the cab is basically worthless unless you can fabricate all the parts yourself.
