330 should be in c family . hitch doesn’t have down pressure missing parts on hydraulic cylinder side.tractor has power steering ,one remote and 24 rear tires

The 330 is in the family with the 300 and 350. It is unclear what you are trying to accomplish, hard to know what info you need. Down pressure is controlled by placement of a pin.

Becker I’m trying to get tractor operational again .it is missing all the draft control parts . The handle and linkage to the front of the hitch. In what I have there in nowhere that I see to put a pin in hitch to get down pressure like 300 utility.

We are still guessing at what you are trying to do. Are you trying to put a 330 hitch on something in the C/200/230 line or are you trying to get a functional hitch on a 330 Utility? I an guessing you are working on a 330 Utility. The pin to get down pressure goes in sideways below the bottom of the cylinder. If you go to the parts catalog as linked in my first post, you can see the relevant parts in diagram 246. This will probably work as a direct link:
https://www.mycnhistore.com/us/en/caseih/tractors/utility/naaa87uti099legacy/international-utility-tractor/drawbar-hitches/drawbars-and-hitches-2-pt-fast-hitch-wtraction-control-traction-control-international-330/cn/30427A75-8FBF-E111-9FCE-005056875BD6/DFCD6496-EFBE-E111-9FCE-005056875BD6
The cylinder is pinned to part 3. Part 3 is free to pivot on pin 4. Pin 1 has 2 holes in part 3. In one position, it keeps part 3 from pivoting and you have down pressure. When pin 1 is in the other hole, it is simply stored there and part 3 is free to pivot, eliminating down pressure.

Your hitch can be functional without a lot of the draft control parts. I suppose a previous owner removed them because they were worn out or otherwise non-functional. Without specifics of what you have or don't have, there isn't much I can suggest for how to deal with it other than to suggest you find replacements for the missing pieces.
