Need help 54 super m

Hy I have a 54 farmall IH super M it sat for about a year. The problem being the right rear spindle is locked up.I read about the bearing may be sized. Never had this problem dont know where to start?

As in the rear axle? Check the brakes.

three out of four tires move. I do believe that the brake is off I have set and released it

Assuming it has disk brakes, they used a ball in a slot that rolled back and forth to activate and release brakes. They were bad to get rusty and stick in place, either in the released or locked position. Pull the brake cover on the side that is not rolling and see what happens. I have never worked on disk brakes for a Super M, but I believe the rotor has to be free to slide on the shaft, and if it sticks will cause the brake to not release.

I have had the brakes on the 230 lock a time or two, (same as Super M just smaller) and putting it in reverse would unlock them.

I replaced my disc brakes on my super m found a place that had shelves of old used ones that were in good shape and bought new pads. The old ones had rusted up and seized
