When you paint and use a hardener in the paint what type of respirator do you use?

I did and anyone using a hardener in their paint should also fully investigate the hazards.

Thanks for posting that link. I will be going for a "factory" paint job on my Cub, no hardener. I posed the same question on 5 different forums, I knew the answer when I posed the question. This forum is the only garden tractor/equipment forum that the answer is to use an air supplied positive pressure mask. The other forum with this response was an automotive paint forum. There was little response on the others, basically just be careful and use a cartridge style mask. Dangerous stuff and folks need to educate themselves as to how it should be used. THANKS all!

George Willer that I mentioned in the above link was one of the first members on this site, but has since passed, from cancer, not the hardener, but he had to use oxygen for many years due to using hardener without the proper equipment.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
