You don't say what model Cuc Cadet you want the snow plow for but I know of no plans. If you find a used one the basic IH plows were the same but the mounting was different so there might be some modification and/or finding the correct part might be a challenge.
Here is the parts breakdown to show the basic spring trip blade used on the NF Cub cadets. I think you would want the spring trip blade or you might be in a snow bank.

Bandit,
I have priced steel for some other projects and I can assure you that you can find a nice, used snow plow, complete on the internet for way less than you will have in it for the cost of steel alone. Do some searches on e-bay and I'm sure you could come up with one. Also, getting the geometry correct on a snow plow will mean the difference between working and spinning the tires. Cub Cadets are heavy machines, but nothing compared to a blade full of wet snow. IF you go through all of the trouble to build one, and don't have the geometry correct, you will be right back where you started.

I have a blade for a narrow framed Cadet in the garage. We took the blade off and installed a snow blower.

You can find used blades much cheaper than the cost of building one. The snow blower cost us around $250- and works quite well on a hydrostatic CC.
I have an excuse. CRS.

The blade on my 147 is the one that came with the 80, and all I did was to remake a couple front quick-detach rods to fit the 147, and bend one of the back tabs down so push arms would fit up over the axle!--works good! If you could find a used blade of some sort and re-make it, that would be another option!---now if I could just figure how to remake the 36" snow-thrower to work on the 147, I would be set! thanks; sonny

it's not a real cub, it's a 1220 which I hear is an mtd anyways.

my other thought was, what if I just buy a snowblower, and instead of walking behind it, I just attach it to the front of the tractor. with some casters to keep the weight off the tractor, I could jut pount and shoot, and drive as fast as the blower can take it
