Gas Cap Recall

Six months ago I requested 3 gas caps through the link provided on this thread. I completed all of the information requested and received nothing back saying my Cubs did not comply. I did see the note that due to Covid shipments under the program were delayed, but does anyone know the status of the program or who to contact to find out the status of my request?

I would suggest resubmitting the info. No one has had to wait that long for them. If you can, mention when you had submitted the form.

Didn't there used to be a number to call on the form? I remember I called the Navistar guy assigned to the cap program...really nice guy ....wish I kept the number

The form I pulled up (which talks about covid delays) had this at the bottom: Please phone (331) 332-2411 with any questions or comments.

I submitted the cap request for my Super M right after I bought it and received a cap in about a month.
I would call the number.

I received mine in about a month last summer so they are still shipping. How long do you own the Cubs? If they have already shipped a cap for that serial number they won't ship another.

Thank you all for the info. I called both numbers this morning. Brandon's number ending in -1917 was disconnected, but the person who answered 331-332-2411 was fantastic. Apparently my request fell through the cracks back in October but now the replacement caps are scheduled to be on their way to me by the end of next week. This group is amazing (and so was the gentleman who handled my request)!!
