Postby Scruff » Thu May 21, 2015 5:51 pm

I am a newbie, I am sure info is on here and I cannot find it.

What is the proper pin to hold the clutch flywheel to the transmission shaft? And how in the world to install???

Thank you so much

Numbered Series? Which one? Owners manual at the top of the page might help. Parts manuals are located there also.

I am sorry Cub 154, I have looked online and bought a manual. No where can I find specs. I have seen bolts, pins and roll pins mentioned in these forums. I put a allen head bolt in, I had seen that mentioned, and the head caught on the clutch brake frame work. At this point I am going to buy a roll pin and take off all of the seat metal and fenders to do the install.

I guesss my issue was I wanted to put the bolt in without removing alll of the steel for the seat and the fenders.

Thanks again

Owners Manual, Parts List for 154 tractor, FCub and C60 engine are available at the top of this page. Look for PDF Manuals then Numbered Series. The C60 engine is a seperate manual. All are free downloads. Maybe this link will take you there for the 154: http://www.farmallcub.com/[ Sorry, direct links to manual section is not allowed. ]/index.p ... les/Number Series Cubs/Cub-154 Lo-Boy&order=0. You will have to scroll down the page to find the Number Series Manuals.

The heavy duty spiral dowel pin for the flywheel that holds the clutch on the tranny?
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

They offer a threaded bolt as a replacement. I'm working on a shoulder bolt replacement over the threaded bolt. There hardened too.
