185 will not move shaft spining into trans
hi all new guy here have 185 that wont move .pull drive shaft cover and shaft spins clutch works. shifter not loose can feel it engage gear its like input shaft not connected

Is the shaft between the clutch and transmission spinning, or only the one between engine and clutch? Does it have a creeper drive?

Next step is to remove the sheet metal from rear of tractor to access front and top of transmission and or creeper.

As John mentioned above, check to see if the shaft between the clutch and transmission is spinning. There is a bolt inserted into the back side of the clutch flywheel to connect it to the input shaft of the transmission. It's a common thing for that bolt to be broken or missing.
