I've been PADI certified for years. Cathy won't do it, she sez she'll get certified if I skydive. I don't jump out of anything I can't climb right back into.

Do you still dive Carl? I bet Cathy would absolutely love the atmosphere once she got under there with all the sea life. I find it absolutely amazing.

:) I am NAUI, PADI and ACUC certified. :)

Carm: I suppose you can drown while diving and you can have accidents while driving a car or flying a plane. I feel that with good training, the odds are considerably less if one is cautious. A well planned dive is usually a successful dive.

I know diving is not for everyone. I live about 1 1/2 miles from a flying school and when I was younger wanted to take flying lessons but the cost was out of my price range. I did fly a glider for a short period of time and I absolutely loved it. :D

How long have you been flying Carm?

I haven't been diving in several years. Snorkel a lot, tho. Flying sounds great, but not jumping out of the flying plane.

Cathy tried scuba once and didn't like it. We'll see as time goes by.
