I think that may have been just a typo. Probably hit the 3 key instead of the 4 key. I'd bet he meant to advertize it as a 48.

Considering he used teh 38 in obth the title and the text I tend to discount it being a typo, but i do tend to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so I assume he is misinformed rather than trying to falsify it. I emailed him a link to the ATIS FAQs so he could verify his information.

If you notice, EJP did just that. Most times when you see a Mod or a Cub Pro mention this, they have already emailed the party indicated and have provided links to the information for them to read. Also, many times the corrected info is given to them with the links so they can then verify it themselves...

Part of this little dance is to inform. Getting a yuk out of it, it not the end, nor the means to the end, but a way station along the journey... :wink: :!: :D
