Does anyone know or have a soil media that they use for seeds or plant cuttings for rooting?
I just bought some misters, foggers, polly pipe and a timer
I can't remember the ratio between the sand, perlite and top soil from a horticulture class 33 yrs. ago.

Agree - don't use regular dirt in pots as it compacts too easily and rots roots. The large nurseries that propogate have large sand beds on tables that have a misting system keeping the sand damp - big danger here is fungus. I'm sure they probably dip the cuttings in a rooting hormone before plugging them into the beds. I use a mixture of Perlite, spaghum moss and compost in all my containers mixing in coffee grounds and/or epsom salts for nutrition. Craig
