My wife's movie review

Postby bob in CT » Sat Apr 14, 2012 3:49 pm

My wife and her brother had some very unfortunate circumstances regarding the estate of their parents and in the process of researching it, Pamela found that elder abuse was a very widespread problem and very easy to get away with. That drove her and her partner to make this documentary and it is very powerful. Mickey Rooney has had experience with this and the emotion in his segment is gut-wrenching. It opened in New York last night and it was reviewed by the New York Times. I am still floating on that one- but I have the paper copies and know it really happened. We had a great party last night with a red carpet- the whole deal. I am immensely proud of what she has done and everyone with older parents and relatives should see this. Pamela will be doing some speaking tours and right now she has one event in South Bend and they called last week to change the location because they needed more room due to the interest.

Bob,

Looks like a great review to me! No wonder you are floating!
