Where would I be without you

For those interested here's a link: http://www.srtg.com/SRTG_temp.htm to a weather station on the south west side of Houston. If the weather gets too bad I don't know how long this site will be up, although it does have backup power. It will be interseting to watch this station over the next few days.

Did I read that right 3 inches of rain year to date. That station is in the middle of the desert. Though driving truck from Lorado to Dallas some spots are desert like.

That station is in Missouri City, Texas on the outskirts of Houston. Not desert like at all, just dry this year :!: :!: Looks like that's about to change.

Donny , The wind speed indicator only registers to 20MPH do you think they may have to recaibrate it when Rita makes her pass? We recieved 1.5 " of rain here on monday evening here in central Indiana 2.5 " of rain in a year would turn everthing brown around here. Donny I bet these storms are good for the tower business. JB,

The link works fine, it's just the data is from yesterday at 6:35 am. No current data. Knowing Wes he probably took all the computers with him to Dallas.
