Oncology report good

Postby grumpy » Tue Feb 08, 2011 5:07 pm

Well I finally got all the results from my doctor and it looks like I'll be around for a good while to bother y'all. For the second time in a row all of my blood work is within the normal range. In 2000 I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins lymphoma which is a very cureable cancer but I was stage 4 class B so the outlook wasn't quite favorable. I took chemo for 9 months and was scheduled to have a bone marrow transplant in Washington state. Well lo and behold my bone marrow started all by its self and a further PET scan showed the cancer was in remission. Who said theres no miracles! I'm not an overly religious person but I surely changed my views on prayer from others. So...see y'all around. Grump

Glad to here it Grump!
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
