cant log onto chat

cant log onto chat

i know this aint the right forum but every time i try to log on it asks for my name and a password??

Did you log out before you went to chat?
You need to be logged on to use Flash. If you log out or open flashchat in another browser, you will have to log back in again.
I just tried it out to be sure and yup... you gotta log in and if you are asked for a userid and password, you ended up logged out before going into flashchat
