Re: Question on mobile access
Mr Roy,
I share your pain, although, in a different way. I have to log in on my desktop and iPad, my iPhone works well. Been this way for a while and I haven't been able to solve it.
Bill

Re: Question on mobile access
Gentlemen,
It's all controlled by a stored "cookie" file on your computers. If you have set the login to automatically log you in each visit and the cookie file is missing or corrupted, it will not work.
First thing to check is does the file exist in your browsers stored cookies and also make sure that it is not clearing or blocking the cookie file from being created (possibly a privacy plugin?)

Re: Question on mobile access
Thanks, Dennis.
I have verified my settings. Also cleared cookies so they will re-create themselves. Hope that fixes it.
Still learning my way around these mobile devices.
