ER Visit....
A middle aged single farmer awakens with severe chest pain. He drives himself to the ER where the nurse takes his insurance, health and medical history. She then tells him to take a seat and wait for his name to be called; at which time the doctor would see him. After a long wait, he leaves and comes back about an hour later. The nurse sees him leave and come back and says "The attending doctor is waiting to see you. Why did you leave for an hour?" The farmer curtly replies, "I went and got a haircut." The nurse is astounded and asks him why he did it now and not before he came to the ER. The farmer replies, even more curtly, "I didn't need it then.
