A blonde frantically called 911 and told the dispatcher that someone had broken into her car. They had stolen her steering wheel, her radio, everything! The dispatcher calmly told her that an officer would arrive shortly. About ten minutes later the officer radioed back "everything is okay, she got in the back seat."
