New mowing machine

Postby Peter Person » Sat Jun 17, 2023 6:47 pm

Our Husqvarna 42” lawn tractor with a 15hp Kawasaki V-twin has 1,100 hours on it since new in 2001. Still does the job, but the opportunity came up to pick up this 48” Lesco Hydro with 17hp Kawasaki V-twin. Came with bagging attachment and sulky.
It’s a beast but cuts really nice. Definitely a learning curve but the exercise will do me good.

Peter, as we get older, we’re supposed to work smarter, not harder.:D

I’m not getting older
I figure if I’m sitting on a lawn tractor for 2 1/3-3 hours, I would rather walk.
