YES!!!
Two questions:
1. When I quoted Rudi, it didn't carry his color or italics tags. Is that the norm? I tried to grab his gif's but they didn't make it either, but I think I understand why that's not possible.
2. Does the order of tags matter if I wanted to make something red, bold, and in italics?

Normally it will as it has above. I used the quote button on your post to create the quote block in the response post.
The pics should have as well.. that is provided you used the quote button on my post to start yours.. If you did not and just highlighted, copied and pasted, then it will be bare text only and you would have to add the proper statements to make it happen.
Also the order will not matter much.. except that it should be a mirror image.
If you open with [ b][ i][ color=brown] .. then you have to close with [/b][/i][/color]... otherwise it may not work..
