My tires are mounted on my 154
I put the 13.6x16 turf tires on my int154 cub pics to follow. These are some really big sneakers.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Yes thats the tires. The 13.6 x 24 tries are a little taller over the orginal 8,3's. They look really neat. And i got a great deal on them I paid $225 for the tires and rims plus $217 for shipping.($537total) You can just about buy one new rim for that price and my tires look new too. These tires aren't cheap too. I don't have those 3" wheel spacers but these tires will clear and i just can't put the tire chains on them. I don't plan on plowing snow or dirt with it anyway. Its just a mower and i'll use the 3pt attachments. I also have a SIMS cab for it too.
I have the 3pt hitch option too and i'm waiting for the creeper tranny setup for the int154 too then its got all the options. I guess tractors were like cars back then you needed an option list to go by. I wish it was fully loaded with options but i'll get there sooner or later.
I just about have another int154 cub in parts minus the frame and engine. I have 3 extra front axles/spindles/5 lug hubs/2 complete rear brake setups and a complete clutch setup. I been kicking around building a front end loader but hate to use any of my tractors to do it. My int154 cub has the 3pt and the belly mower which I hate to give up. I been pondering building a new heavy frame int154 cub and using the parts to put it together. I also have the drive train setup too with 3 sets of finals and a complete tranny to work with. I also have most of the sheetmetal too. I figure its a lot easier to build a whole new int154 rather than strip one down do build an FEL/small backhoe setup to play with. I think it will be fun to use all my knowledge and experiences with machine building and hydraulics besides welding too. This time i'm building something for myself rather than for my job/company. I'm still kicking around a 4x4 cub idea too but i need a way to attach the final drives to the 4x4 diff's. (a thought) Probably farmall A finals with 3/4 or 1 ton axles. With some machine shop work you can save a bundle over buying a new 4x4 tractor. I can buy a lot of cubs/int154's/cub cadets for 30K+.(cost of a new 4x4 tractor.
Of course the Farmall cub is next but i'm still grabbing parts for that too now.
The bottomline is i want all my collectables to stay orginal. I just can't touch then to the point they can't be changed back. Tire changing i can deal with thats about it.
One more thought with the 16" wide rims, i believe they make some really big super swampers for 16" rims too. If you have an extra cub to turn into a cub swamper.....
