Restored???

Postby Cub-Bud » Sun Jan 16, 2005 9:29 pm

The use of Honda twin-cylinder motors and Harley-Davidson pipes was never mentioned in any books I've read. Hey Paul Bell, are you aware of this :?:

CB:

I like the front rims  :) Kinda reminiscent of the "A" front rims :!:

I quess everybody has their own definition of restored though. This is almost something that Jesse James might do :D :D :D

Cub-Bud, I saw that. What ever blows his skirt up I guess. But since he doesn't know what year it is, guess he doesn't know what restored means either. I know the drive belt from engine to clutch will take a lot more than most people believe it will, 18 hp might tax both of them a bit

While the cadet is not restored, it is unique. I do like his choice of a replacement engine and the front wheels remind me of some I have seen on F series tractors. I can't imagine traveling 30-35 mph on a garden tractor...that is 8) .

My question is...WHAT'S HE GONNA TRY TO MOW WITH THAT "ORIGINAL" MOWER DECK  ? With that engine in it...the BLADES might come flyin' off  !

Seriously...he's done a unique job and put a @#1*@ of a lot of hours into it...might be FUN to see what it goes for  !
