1872 / 54" blade
I currently have my 54" hydraulic snow blade on my 1450. I want to put it on my 1872. I know there are some significant differences, but will it work?

Re: 1872 / 54" blade
The frame mounting points in the front are the same, so no problem there. The problem exists where the rear of the subframe mounts underneath the tractor. Since the 1872 tractor frame is 9-inches longer, the bar that the prongs on the subframe mount to are 9-inches further back. You can either make a new bar and bolt it up to the bottom of the tractor frame in the correct position (but you may have to watch that this does not interfere with something else), or weld some longer bars onto the subframe so that they reach the bar that exists on the frame. Personally, I think I would weld on some longer bars to the subframe.
