I believe that Miller Tire PaInt Concentrate is a good value for the money with a quart costing $ 20.00 plus shipping.
you can purchase it on Ebay or MillerTire web site http://www.millertire.com
This is a concentrate that is mixed one to one with water. This essentailly doubles your yield of tire paint. It goes on easily with a bristle or foam brush and can be sprayed on if desired. I typically wear latex gloves and brush it on with a bristle brush which I dispose of once I am finished the project.
It will take maybe 3 ounces of concentrate to put 2 coats of paint on 2 rear turf tires. It usually takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to do both tires with one coat. I typically leave the tire on the tractor and jack it up a bit so the tire will turn freely and I can work from my stool without moving around to much.
The sheen of the dried paint appears almost original and mixing the paint just a bit thicker than recommended will cover some weather cracking. The finish lasts a long time ( months , depending on your use ) and it covers crayon and moderate overspray without much trouble when applying 2 coats.
The shelf life of the once opened bottle is at least a year and a half from my experience.
This is not a miracle product but to refreshen the appearance of otherwise good tires , it is a good alternative to replacement in my opinion.

Re: Miller Tire Paint Concentrate
I have used it as well, with good results. If you clean the tires thoroughly before applying, the tires look almost new when the paint dries.

I used this on my Ag tires two years ago and was very pleased with the results..... two years later the paint is peeling in some places, I guess nothing lasts forever

I used some of this, yesterday, on a tractor I've been working on. I like it! Be careful, though, it will bleed through masking tape, so apply it carefully and try to keep it off the tape.

I use a similar product with the same results....be sure to wear old clothes and rubber gloves when using it. Newspaper under the tire keeps the concrete clean, too.

Concrete? What is concrete? will it bleed through my dirt floor?
In other words, I wish I had concrete for it to get on. I bet a concrete floor, might even be level. I wonder what that would be like?
