Re: cub owner from NC
Just to clarify, a lot of folks in our part of the country (SC) refer to all small farmalls as "cubs", but the 140 is NOT a cub. The cub is the smallest Farmall, and is different from A's, 140's, 100's etc. However, this forum has a place for all the farmalls, so don't be run off. Just clarifying that cubs and 140's are different.

Re: cub owner from NC
No there was no typo it is a cub cadet 1440 it has a 46" deck.
From what i have read on this mower it only came with a 42 or 44 inch deck.
Plus some pics i've seen mine doesn't have the decals made by MTD.
It has decals but not that kind and they look original.I'll post pics when not raining.
