I know its a few hours early , Happy Fathers Day to my dad.
This is my first fathers day without him. I can only hope that I can live my life with dignity as he has done for all of the years I knew him.

Re: Early Happy Fathers Day
Jim:
What a wonderful tribute to your Dad. And I know how much you miss him.
This is the 15th Father's Day that I have seen without my Dad. The first couple were agonizingly painful and each one since although not easy has been a little more bearable. When I miss him too much, I simply try to remember all the good times we had, all the great things that he taught me and even some of the not so great or so good, and I feel better. Almost as if he is still standing here beside me. In a way he is though, because he is in my heart and in my memories .. and that is what helps make Father's Day as a son okay.
May you always have your Dad in your heart and memories so he can still walk beside you for the rest of your days. (+)
