That patch was added to my system on 8/20. The next one back was 2719177, which I got on 7/11. I don't think the problem goes back that far. They only list IE9 as affected by 2719177 but list IE 6,7,8 and 9 for 2722913.
Your idea that it came from the 2722913 patch is a good guess. My system got a total of 22 patches/updates between those 2 dates, so hard to narrow it down from my system.
It isn't causing me that much of a problem, so I haven't been worrying about it.

Well I just noticed tonight that my forward button is now working with the forum. It wasn't that way earlier.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
