Crankshaft pulley removal
Another issue I've encountered that need to be addressed. I need to remove the pront crank pulley but do not have the tools required. Does anyone in the temple, Belton, Killeen, or Waco Texas area have what is needed to do this? Sure could use a hand on doing this please!

Re: Crankshaft pulley removal
I got a cheap bearing puller/ separator from harbor freight and it did good on mine. Front shaft was leaking like a sieve. Put in a speedy sleeve kit....no more leaks!

Re: Crankshaft pulley removal
I need to tackle this job on Lewis, and am going to try the bearing separator method when I do it. Since Lewis is going to get a complete double-pump rework, I haven't decided whether to start at the front and work backwards (painting as I go) or start at the rear and work my way forward. Depending on which way I go will determine when I hit what project!
